© NC Corporation. All Rights Reserved. What it is
Abyssal Horn Den is a Transcendence dungeon added to the Korean service on 6 July 2026, announced in the same sentence as the Expedition dungeon Citadel of the Fallen Daeva and sharing its entry conditions. NCSOFT states that both "require level 50 and a minimum item level of 3,500, with higher difficulties requiring progressively higher item levels". Transcendence is one of the dungeon types whose entry tickets were removed in the same update, replaced by Odyle Energy on the reward side. It has not been announced for the Western release.
What changed, and when
Abyssal Horn Den arrived on the Korean service with the update NCSOFT titled "Chapter 1. Lands of Sand and Snow", on 6 July 2026 (official NCSOFT announcement, same date), unveiled alongside Citadel of the Fallen Daeva. The same announcement made two structural changes that apply to Transcendence dungeons: "Party sizes have also been expanded, increasing to five players for Expedition and Transcendence dungeons", and "Tickets previously required to enter Expedition and Transcendence dungeons have been removed, with rewards now obtainable through Odyle Energy." An earlier Transcendence dungeon, Submerged Life Temple, had been announced in the Season 2 roadmap of 7 January 2026.
What is actually published
What is published is the frame, not the fight. Entry requires level 50 and a minimum item level of 3,500, "with higher difficulties requiring progressively higher item levels" (official NCSOFT announcement, 6 July 2026) — so the item level requirement scales with difficulty rather than being a single door. Party size for Transcendence dungeons is five players per the same announcement, and rewards run through Odyle Energy since entry tickets were removed. NCSOFT has published no boss mechanics, no layout and no reward table for this dungeon. Any encounter guide available today comes from play on the Korean service, not from a published source, and this site marks that difference.
What we cannot tell you yet
Before anything else: this dungeon is not confirmed for the Western release. It was added to the Korean service on 6 July 2026, and NCSOFT has published nothing about its presence at the Western launch of 30 September 2026. Read what follows as a description of the Korean service as observed on that date. The entry condition that catches people is the item level, not the character level: level 50 is reachable by playing, a minimum item level of 3,500 is reachable only by equipping, and higher difficulties raise it further. The other thing worth knowing before you plan a run is that the ticket that used to gate entry is gone — but rewards now depend on Odyle Energy, whose rate NCSOFT has not published.
