Mirror of Scarlet Desire is a Transcendence dungeon released on the Korean service on 13 May 2026, and NCSOFT published both its setting and its entry requirement. The announcement describes "a Transcendence dungeon set within a fantastical space born from love within the shattered fragments of Kromede", and states: "The minimum item level required to enter is 3,200, with the level cap increasing at higher difficulty tiers." A published number you can check against your own character is worth more than a dozen estimates. It has not been announced for the Western release.

This dungeon arrived on the Korean service on 13 May 2026 (official NCSOFT announcement, same date), released "alongside new Arcana sets" — three of them, named Punishing Overture, Protected Soul and Indomitable Dedication. The same update raised weekly reward counts for Expedition and Transcendence content from 7 to 14, and added a daily dungeon. It sits in a run of Transcendence content that began with Sunken Temple of Life in February 2026 at item level 3,000 and continued upward from there.

The entry requirement is the practical fact, and it comes with a scale: minimum item level 3,200, "with the level cap increasing at higher difficulty tiers" (official NCSOFT announcement, 13 May 2026). Read against the rest of the published record, this dungeon sits between Sunken Temple of Life at 3,000 and the Chapter 1 dungeons at 3,500 — which makes item level, not character level, the ladder this content is built on. The same announcement doubled the weekly reward count for Transcendence content, from 7 to 14. NCSOFT has published no boss mechanics for this dungeon, so this page describes none.

Before anything else: this dungeon is not confirmed for the Western release. It arrived on the Korean service on 13 May 2026, and NCSOFT has published nothing about its presence at the Western launch of 30 September 2026. The entry condition people miss is not the number but the sentence after it: 3,200 is the minimum for the entry tier only, and the requirement rises at higher difficulties. So clearing the door does not mean clearing the dungeon.
