AION 2 launched in Korea and Taiwan on 19 November 2025. NCSOFT marked the day with the original soundtrack, The Echoes of Eternity — "70 tracks across three chapters", co-composed by Simon Franglen, known for Avatar, and Ryo Kunihiko, the composer of the original AION. NCSOFT presents the game as "carrying forward the AION legacy as a next-generation AAA MMORPG".
