What was announced

A first-hand NCSOFT notice for the Korean service, published on 15 September 2026, schedules regular maintenance on 16 September to support a game update. It gives a clock window but does not identify its time zone, so this page does not convert it or serve it as a reader-facing schedule. The notice does not enumerate the update’s contents; the existing known-issues dossier records the announcement without treating it as proof that any fix is complete or that the Western service follows the same timing.

02

Where it sits in the record

The new official notice is https://aion2.plaync.com/ko-kr/board/notice/view?articleId=6aa92530fa34c1011d62770a. It was published on 15 September 2026 and schedules regular maintenance on 16 September for a game update. It says the game is unavailable during the operation and that the window may be extended or end early. The notice gives a clock range without a time zone; the page preserves that limitation and does not convert or publish the hours as a usable schedule. It does not describe patch contents, so no fix or feature is inferred from it. A separate first-hand notice, https://aion2.plaync.com/ko-kr/board/notice/view?articleId=6aa9cdf0d97eae18cc40df91, was published on 16 September and modified on 17 September at 13:28 KST. It records week-three issues: a compensation planned for 23 September for purchases made before shop prices were normalised, a fixed Sorcerer Focused Origin specialisation effect, and a Nightmare/Transcendence Halo appearance issue that was normalised by a no-maintenance patch on 17 September. The notice records the fix without publishing a separate patch schedule.

03

What it actually changed

For players of the Korean service, the notice is a preparation reminder: log out safely before the 16 September maintenance and consult the official notice in your own local context because its clock range has no published time zone. Expect the game to be unavailable during the operation and allow for an extension or an early reopening. Do not use this notice as a patch note; it gives no content details and does not establish Western timing.

04

What to be careful with

Keep the axes separate: this is an established fact from a first-hand Korean-service notice, while the time-zone conversion and patch contents remain unknown. The maintenance is an announced target, not a measured completion, and it may change. Do not infer Western delivery, a Western schedule or undocumented fixes. If a later first-hand notice publishes the time zone or measures the update, append that evidence to this dossier instead of opening a duplicate page.
